Warm friendly welcome. Course needs some tlc and greens had just been hollow tined and were a bit woolly.

Course and greens were very good, the views over Brighton are fantastic, nice friendly halfway house, only down side I feel is the green Fees £50 mid week, Whilst the course is nice I don't feel that it warrant 's such a high green fee, this would put me off going back

Fairways and greens in excellent condition. Great views along the downs and the coast as you work your way up the course. Only good value if you qualify for a deal against the full green fee i.e. 2 for 1 voucher or similar. Great service from the bar staff worth a mention.
