Nice club, boggy conditions
The dry February has done nothing to help the sodden ground. Plenty of GUR and the conditions were really wet and muddy. Questionable whether course should be open

Poor winter conditions.
Poor winter conditions. Temp greens on fairway which were not cut or smoothed out. The Starter or Pro shop did not mention the temp greens, shows little regard for visitors.

The course was in poor condition due to the amount of rain. This is understandable but to be charged £30 to play on a bog is simply not acceptable

NIce, but......
This is an ok course. Winds it's way though some nice countryside. But, there's no wow factor at all. No signature hole that we could pick out. It's a bit samey for most of the holes.
When we played it the greens were soaking wet and the fairways weren't giving any run. Despite there not having been that much rain in the days before. A bit worrying for when winter comes.
We got a good welcome in the bar and the food was very good.

Nice tight tree lined course
Good course, every hole seems to be a tree lined and fairly tight. No great changes in elevation.Greens were in good shape and quite soft.

Nice course
Went here with a Society having not played it before.
Breakfast was great. Very windy conditions on the day made it difficult to focus on the balls. This course has loads of trees and leaves so on this day finding balls was pretty difficult. Course condition was probably 7/10 maybe 8 so acceptable. Greens pretty good. In all an enjoyable day with a good bunch.

Because of the very hot weather this summer the fairways were very bare BUT the greens were fast and in perfect condition.

Loved the course but very wet for August, could do with better drainage.
Excellent facilities and very friendly staff.
Because it was so wet I'm not sure the cost of £30 is that generous

Very well presented course and tree-lined fairways mean you have to be straight, but did feel that holes could have been a bit more exciting.

the course was playing quite short, but the greens were sandy and slow due to hollow tining.
