Good course- great facilities- very quick greens - bunkers weren't up to much though
£90 for 2 rounds plus evening meal, stop over and breakfast - bargain

21august.Played this morning really enjoyed it even though it rained all way round.

Played 2/2/13, Course was in excellent condition, the greens were very impressive.
I was allocated a time with two members , who were really nice guys , we had an excellent afternoon, Will definately be back

You can almost see Blackpool tower on a clear day and on a still day hear the sounds of the nearby zoo.The golf course is well laid out with some nice hole variation but provides nice rewards for the straight hitters. Lots of bunkers and some nice challenge over water.
18th is a nice finishing hole coming up to the club house.

Blackpool has a very nice course in Herons Reach, always in 1st class condition i have never seen it looking bad, a very good test for all level of ability in some wonderful surroundings

This is a great course, Parkland with a links feel in that you get quite a lot of roll with your ball. Well laid out course with bunkers (all uniform and plenty of sand) and hazards at the right place, and if your long enough to drive them, the landing area is much smaller, water on lots of holes so you need to place the ball to score well. Greens although large are fast but receptive, all in all a great course and thoroughly recommended.
Clubhouse was modern with a large patio area overlooking the 1st Tee, practise chipping and putting area, and 18th green, staff are very friendly. Prices are a little steep but when you've played a great course why not indulge yourself in the ambience of a celebratory drink.
