Great course

Sunday driver
Played this course loads of times and love the layout but on this occasion the tee boxes and greens were not at their best.Probably struggled with the dry weather like most courses but it was much better back in June when I last visited.Benefit of the doubt on this occasion as it's usually a really nice track.Reviewer Rating

Good test of golf
Really enjoyed the lay out. Different holes required a bit of thought. Lovely parkland with nice scenery. Superb value for societies with excellent food and use of the leisure facilitiesReviewer Rating

Enjoyable society day. Pace of play slow in afternoon due to novice golfers on the course. Condition of course was excellent

Quite tight in places but the par fives were nice and not too long as we're some of the par 4s. Was very nice place and even better when the "beer truck" sold us ale out in the course!!

The course has a good lay out. The only disappointment in my few were the greens. They were very uneven with clear evidence of winter work which has been recently carried out. Putting became a challenge. The facilities were good and value for money for 2 rounds of golf, bacon bap on arrival on day 1, evening meal and bed & Breakfast was excellent. It would be nice to play again in the summer.

Good Course
