Very fair, hitoric course. Mostly flat compared with other courses in the area. The greens were very tricky, many with multiple levels and breaks.

Nice course well maintained. Would help if the fairways had 200yrd and 100yrd markers. They only have 150yrd markers.

A very nice parkland golf course, greens in great condition with some tricky little holes with lots of doglegs where proper golf shots are needed. only 20 pounds for the guest of a member so would defiantly play again!

Good place to play if you can manage it. Most people were very welcoming and the course itself is top notch. The only reason I didn't give it the full 5 is that the greens were heavily sanded and there were even 2 temps - a touch disappointing for mid-May but the pro shop did tell me about it. That didn't massively detract from a very good course though.

I am now a member here. Before joining I played many courses locally, but this is a traditional type of club. I have been made very welcome by everybody I have met and played with. The course is undergoing changes to make two of the par fives holes significantly longer which should be open before the end of the year. The 17th is also a new hole.

Played this course today and have to say it is a really enjoyable track! The greens were to a very high standard, true and consistent roll which only gives u confidence to know it in or close, makes the 5-10ft so much easier too! Joy to putt on over the greens I normally have to bash on!

I do agree with a few of the comments mentioning the course sometimes seems as though you have already played that hole once or twice. Saying that the woodland/heathland scenery makes certain that no 2 shots ever look or result the same.

I played this course in August 2012, and the condition of the course was excellent, albeit the greens where very hard and not receptive. Notwithstanding that, it was a great course and there is a need to plot your way round the various holes, some of which have narrow aiming aspects. My course yardage guide on my android phone has a different hole order than that which is played today. This made some of the holes tricky, especially for 2nd shots to smallish green. Overall a great game of golf for £40.

A very friendly, easily accessible club set in pleasing countryside close to Gatwick. A good round can be had but you have to think your way round. The course is well maintained and a warm welcome will be found in the 19th.
