Great value for money Course
The course is under new ownership, recently taken over by Warren Allcroft who has beem the club pro for 20 + Years, Lots of work currently been done in the clubhouse and on the course. The course and greens are in the best condition I've seen for a few years and should be in good shape for the summer. Appears to be a good vibe up there at the moment, Range being revamped and new young pro Rob taken on board keen to give comprehensive lessons to Kids and Adults.(Round played: Mar 2019 - Score: 73 Handicap: 12.8)

A really good challenging course, just in the wrong part of town. To many dog walkers and kids crossing the fairways. Shame!

cheap & cheerful
Struggled badly over last few seasons but course now beginning to show improvements.Fairways in good shape.Greens improving, bunkers thankfully temporarily [COVID19] GUR though. Hilly course and short but you need to know where to "miss". If you're not fussy about conditions this is a bargain any time of week. Driving Range & Club House now back open too.(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 87 Handicap: 13.8)

Good course
It's very up and down but for a course that is open to the public it's well kept and has some challenging holes due to the landscapeReviewer Rating

18 holes
Played 18 holes in august 1st time and probably be last time greens were in terrible state not cut ball hardly rolled flags were embarrisingly bad about 4ft high flag.No direction in between holes were to go to next or signals to were the holes were when going down the hill or up the hills so losing balls is a given not that i lost any but very poor state.
Too many hills and slopes so hit downhill and dont know where its heading due to severe uphill or downhill holes. Very dirty tees when you can find them and rubbish etc around most of them wouldnt recommend playing this course spend a little extra and get a better kept course regular at hillies golf course in wombwell now 18holes is the same price as concord much better kept.

Very near to Council Estate, occasional dog walker but a good short and challenging course. Great friendly club house.

Some work needed on a few greens after the winter. Also not much direction between holes.

Nothing sparkling at all fairways half decent, greens hit and miss , tees are very poor . Ok for a quick convenient game but don't expect anything special .
