Fairways were in great shape. Lovely course. Loved the half way hut!
Course crosses over quite a lot but sign posted well.

Greens in good nick for time of year. Nice bar and pro shop and staff. A good afrernoon.

Course in good nick, few ground under repairs around but didn't spoil the round (that was down to my swing!)

The greenkeeper left here maybe a year ago and I'm told the Club haven't replaced him yet. Consequently the course is generally untidy and the greens especially are very scuffy and thin.
Hopefully the Club will have someone in place by the springtime-17 and course conditions might improve because this could be a GEM. I last played Chipstead about 3yrs ago and it was infinitely better then.
The Club seems to have a market but it must be very local and loyal because there are several much better courses within just a few miles.

The only problem we had was that our tee time brought us round to the 10th tee just as the 'Wednesday Swindle' was going off, with two four balls, and a threeball having tee'd off at the tenth right in front of us!

Good course with probably a few too many par 3s. Enjoyable but poor signage makes finding the next tee a bit difficult for those who haven't played here before!

A cracking course that really challenges despite its apparent lack of length. A course you need to think your way around. Smashing clubhouse and really friendly pro-shop.

The course was in good condition with the possible exception of bunkers and rough, but I am being picky. The course is not for me however as too hilly.

A tight members club that occasionally offers deals on the discount tee web sites. Squeezed into the lovely expensive houses of Chipstead this course is so tight there is a couple of shared fairways that you need to be mindful of. A well maintain course with a few local rules holes that you should be able to score well on.

Played there over the weekend and the course is looking fantastic, much better than when I first played there a year ago. Still a bit of work to do, but most good courses always needs work doing. Also really friendly place to go
