Pleasant day out
Course in good condition although the greens on the front nine were far trimmer and quicker than the back. Pace was pretty nearly halved. Rest of course was good. Food good(Round played: Sep 2021 - Score: 99 Handicap: 23.8)

Decent
For what you pay - it was okay. Greens had been sorrel rolled, earlier so can't really say much about the quality of the greens. The course was in decent condition, some of the tee boxes looked like they need a bit of attention whilst others were lush.Reviewer Rating

Another great society day
Having been let down by Hill Barn GC for a society day asked if Chiddingfold could fit us in.Yet again everything was top class. Food and service was terrific. The barbecue platter is a real winner.
Course in great condition. Played on many more expensive courses this year where the greens were not a patch on Chidders.
We are scheduled to have another society day in August. All our members are looking forward to it.

i live in london and was a member at chiddingfold for 2 years.
i’ve been looking for something closer to home this year and have tried out many courses hoping to find somewhere as picturesque and relaxing as my visits to chiddingfold.

This brilliant little course is a part of the late, great Peter Alliss' legacy. It stands as an excellent test of golf, & is steadily improving all the time in the hands of Scott , Johnny & the team. If it has a fault it doesn't stand up too well in very wet weather, but is still playable. The greens are ALWAYS superb.

friendly tight little course
This is a small golf club with 18 holes to 4821 yds of the yellows so pretty short. to make this length of course work there are several dog leg holes, ditches etc placed to make you think. The course was in OK condition with the greens recently sanded and there were bare patches everywhere due to scorching of the ground no doubt. very scenic course with mature trees and good value at £20 per round. the clubhouse is basic and is contained in a large portacabin/shed structure. However it is adequate for the purpose and the staff were cheerful and helpful,(Round played: Sep 2020 - Score: 91 Handicap: 14.1)

First time playing course thoroughly enjoyed. Nice course but a little narrow in places as playing parralel to other holes.

Friendly Club
First visit and a thoroughly enjoyable game. Friendly service. Course clearly suffered from the drought conditions and probably not being able to be maintained properly during the “lockdown”. Some challenging uphill and tight holes. Although not long, you will have a fun round with enough challenge. Will return.(Round played: Sep 2020 - Score: 84 Handicap: 18.7)
