It’s really sad to see what they’ve done to this course. Used to be a fantastic course with a bit of everything. Now it’s bland. The two best holes have been cut out and the way you now play the existing holes doesn’t provide much variety. The old layout conservative holes would give totally different challenges now the layout the holes simply merge drearily into each other. All in all it has the whole feel of something trying to run the course down as part of a grander plan. One of Surreys hidden gems has definitely been snatched away.

Nice enough but a little short even for a regular handicap player. The greens are small to make up for the lack of length and there are plenty of undulations to tackle, a little course knowledge will go a long way here with a few blind shots to manage.

Short par three's under 100 yds, hard bunkers and if you stray off the fairways it's like playing in a big. The greens are slow with lots of unrepaired pitch marks. May be better outside of winter but its probably the worst course I have played

Ok course - nothing spectacular
Muddy day. Closing soon for a winter rehash to a 12 hole course. A little tired but still a challenge as the back 9 are very hilly.Reviewer Rating

Interesting and quirky course, is.qite short but has some narrow and challenging shots to still provide a good test.

Pleasant day out
Course in good condition although the greens on the front nine were far trimmer and quicker than the back. Pace was pretty nearly halved. Rest of course was good. Food good(Round played: Sep 2021 - Score: 99 Handicap: 23.8)

For what you pay - it was okay. Greens had been sorrel rolled, earlier so can't really say much about the quality of the greens. The course was in decent condition, some of the tee boxes looked like they need a bit of attention whilst others were lush.Reviewer Rating

friendly tight little course
This is a small golf club with 18 holes to 4821 yds of the yellows so pretty short. to make this length of course work there are several dog leg holes, ditches etc placed to make you think. The course was in OK condition with the greens recently sanded and there were bare patches everywhere due to scorching of the ground no doubt. very scenic course with mature trees and good value at £20 per round. the clubhouse is basic and is contained in a large portacabin/shed structure. However it is adequate for the purpose and the staff were cheerful and helpful,(Round played: Sep 2020 - Score: 91 Handicap: 14.1)

Great friendly staff well run course
