Been along time - Matured
Last time played here was in 2009. Mostly open with little to praise it. Now a feww blind tee shots and some plotting to do round the course. Tee boxes could be better and greens need a bit more TLC but for a public course not too bad.(Round played: Feb 2022 - Score: 88 Handicap: 15.3)

Frustrating
Course played well in and waitresses were good. Problem was the Pro shop. Did not know what the slope rating was. Did not tell us the ladies score card was wrong. Did not know the code for my wife to enter the changing room and was flippant. Did not put out nearest the pins as arranged. No showers, using them for storage! No cleaning bay.A shambles.

Value for money but dangerous trespassing
Far, far too much trespassing occurs on this course, which is a safety hazard, and the management do nothing about it. One day, someone will get hurt.Restaurant is very expensive for average food.

A nice course
A nice course that would be even better if they bought the bunkers up to the same standards as the tees and greens.(Round played: Oct 2021 - Score: 85 Handicap: 17.5)

Course in good condition given the rain we've had, quick greens. Good value afternoon and friendly staff in the bar.

Apart from a couple of small hills, quite a flat layout. Mid to low handicappers tens to score very well here.

In great condition
Interesting course. Not too long overall, but some very decent holes. Greens and fairways are very good. Was also served a slice of Lasagne the size of Wiltshire.(Round played: Sep 2021 - Score: 82 Handicap: 12.7)
