It was very busy, but the pace of play was good, the clubhouse staff were friendly and the food and drinks were good too

Very handy
Living in Orpington, We are lucky to have such a good well maintained course right on our doorstep. The drainage for this elevated course is good, enabling all year round games even in wet weather, with no temp greens and just one temp Tee. This week, the fairways and greens were excellent. ( but fast). The bunkers have had some investment to bring them up to good condition. The clubhouse is welcoming and comfortable. Also benefits from a top class Trackman driving range and 9 hole par3 course. Within close proximity to J4 of the M25, and beyond ULEZ cameras, a very good course to consider for a game. Last time I played here in winter a number of fairways were roped off , with the 10th being reduced to a par 3 , ..... different story this year despite the rain the fairways were in very good condition and none roped off , greens cut tight and running very trueReviewer Rating

Course doing well

Able to play all year round
Course is always playable, although sometimes a few fairways have to be roped to restrict trolleys. Very occasionally the 10th hole has a temporary tee but this is rare. Ground staff do a fantastic job.Reviewer Rating
