Played here for years... Even more so during "Covid Times". The course is in pretty poor condition at present but getting better. Not ammused by the Tees... The Tee markers are alway squint and on slopes/hilly lies... Whoever places these obviously doesn't play golf. The prices are expensive for membership now. £56 for a 7 day membership. Could probably join a private club for that. The course is not good enough for the prices paid... Well below the standard of a decent private course. It's local for me and the only reason I play it regularly.Reviewer Rating

Municipal course
For value it is worth playing, course is normally in good condition even in the winter. Not an overly hard course but some good holes.Reviewer Rating

good

Pretty easy course to walk round. Public course which was a bit over priced for what it is.

Generous municipal cours
Edinburgh council course to West of town. Decent condition although a bit water logged the day we played (it had rained heavily). generous fairways and rough, a few trees and little in the way of water hazards. We were round in 3 hours so great for a gentle game.(Round played: Sep 2017 - Score: 87 Handicap: 26.3)
