Played this morning grass was well cut ground soft,all in total made it a pleasure to play.25% better than in the hight of summer. We'll done to the grounds men????

Very open course but you still need to keep your eye on the ball as the rough is cut but hard to find your ball,lots of ditches to miss great for high handy capers like me

Played the course on good friday, the course is in very good condition greens were very good and very quick for this time of year. Would defently recommend this course for quality and price it only cost 12 weekday.

tee booked for 7.30am but on arrival discovered the course doesn't open till 8 in winter. as its a council run course and we've had heavy rain for over a week i expected the course to be in poor condition but it was surprisingly well kept. so after a bad start to the day this turned into an enjoyable round of golf. wouldn't recommend to a serious golfer but if you just want a cheap round and a bit of fun with friends then this is place to go.

I liked it quite challenging lots of trees and ok bunkers to avoid iv played cannock a good few times and its a shorter corse but quite tight good brain workout to judge wind and some blind greens I like ( ben a 85 handycapr)

Take all the changeable weather conditions of recent days the course is playing really well. The greens are in good condition. Not the best but there getting there.The course can be a great little tester. Your short game around the green will be tested more than normal.why not give a try?

Could do with a bell on a couple of the 'blind' holes from the tee. Course in good condition though.

I normally go to new courses with an open mind, but this course is need of some tlc. To start with you have no idea what tee box you are on because there is no hole numbers or yardage or direction arrows to guide you round. The greens where quick but have more holes and divots on the greens than i have ever seen before. But the worst thing off all was the amount of dog muck around the course its disgusting at one point a women was walking 4 dogs all off the lead and then one decided to do its buisness by a tree 10 yards from the 15th green.

A tough opening hole and suffers a little without having a par 5 on the course. However the course has its own unique charachter
