i found it hard to stay at fairway because it is a narrow course

I'm a member so I may be a little bias
Great course. Challenging, hilly and never really a flat lie. The condition of the course is always good and the greens are pretty tricky

A tricky course with very fast greens in summer. Only one par 5 but some long par 4s.

one of the finest in Essex
the course is in great condition. The greens are coming along nicely. Lots of work gone into them. Probably playing about 9 on the stimp meter but will easily reach 11 next month.It`s not the longest course but it requires some really good golf to card a good score. The undulating fairways make it a proper test of golf.
al the staff are helpful and friendly especially in the Pro shop.

this is my home course but it`s playing so nicely. The fairways are cut short so they look and play good over the rolling hills. The greens are getting faster and again cut nice and short. Sometimes i walk round and can`t believe it`s in the middle of Benfleet. I go away and play other courses but this is up there in terms of quality and ability. Plenty of trees, plenty of hills and a lovely view.
A must for any golfer in Essex or beyond !!!!

Snobby and more suited to mountain goats than golfers. Why anyone would want to join this club I have no idea!
