Superb course in the middle of Benfleet, Essex. A hidden gem. A good challenge for all ability of golfer. The higher handicapper might find it a bit tough as there are many hills and trees. Your straight game is needed. Fairways are cut lovely and the greens are superb. They get very quick in the summer months. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pro shop is brilliant and sells at cheap prices. A must if your in the area.

I know i am a member here so i could be bias but it is a great course. Not the longest but a very good challenge. I play other courses but always love coming back home to Boyce Hill.
Greens are looking and playing well, fairways are nice and the hilly terrain completes the challenge.

Played as guest over the Christmas holidays. Good value. All holes open despite the boggy conditions which is a credit to the green keepers.

for the middle of december the course is amazing. The grounds staff have worked so hard to keep the course in fantastic condition. Greens are beautiful and the fairways are still cut nicely. A little bogey in places around the pathways but nothing you could moan about. I really love this course. A real challenge for any golfer of any ability. A must visit !!!!

this is my home course but it`s playing so nicely. The fairways are cut short so they look and play good over the rolling hills. The greens are getting faster and again cut nice and short. Sometimes i walk round and can`t believe it`s in the middle of Benfleet. I go away and play other courses but this is up there in terms of quality and ability. Plenty of trees, plenty of hills and a lovely view.
A must for any golfer in Essex or beyond !!!!

Course has been very wet through January but has dried out well. Not a long course but tricky in places and never a flat lie. Plenty of tree lined holes with varying degrees of difficulty. Need to keep it on the straight and narrow to have a good round. Definitely worth a visit but non members are only allowed during the week.
The kitchen staff put out a lovely breakfast so its worth having after a challenging round.
Pro shop is well stocked and have friendly, knowledgeable staff.
If you can play well here you can play well anywhere !!!!

A fantastic course in the middle of Benfleet, Essex. A real gem. As you walk around you really could be anywhere. Lots of trees and plenty of hills make it very picturesque with views towards London.
The course is in great shape and the greens are playing fast and true. Some sand needed in a few of the bunkers but can`t complain.
This course is a real handicap knocker so don`t beat yourself up if it`s not the best round at the end of the day.
Friendly and helpful staff make it a all round enjoyable day. The only thing they can`t guarantee is the sun !!!!

A great course to play if your in Benfleet at any time. Very testing due to the sloping fairways and rolling hills. The greens are fast and true and really need your utmost attension at all times.
The pro shop is always stocked with quality products at great prices.
The food is also worth a mention as they do a wide variety to suit all tastes.

Very quick greens. Beautiful fairways and lovely scenery. A real gem of a course in the middle of south benfleet.
A real test for your golfing ability and old certainly ruin a good card. A must course for any golfer.

Tough little course only plays 5849 from yellows but feels longer. Very hilly on every hole which I like. Fairways were kept short and greens were very fast and true.
A real gem of a course and will be back very soon.
