Not draining as well as it used to do
All off mats except last hole. Lots of sticky earth picked up on the wheels of the trolley and on the base of your shoes. Green had been tinned recently and so a few bobles expected but not the amount of mud!! Bunkers had very little sand. Greens were of varying speed but I can see that the work being done now will benefit the course in the later Summer season.(Round played: Feb 2022 - Score: 96 Handicap: 16.3)

Dismal. Very poor value in the winter.
The course was in pretty dire condition. Absolutely no drainage, leaving standing water and a muddy, chopped up course.Though the option to place the ball on a better lie was appealing, the application of winter rules was impractical given there was so little grass to be found.
All in, I paid 40 odd quid to roll around in the mud and narrowly miss getting hit by the crossfire of slices, ricocheting around this torrid ww1 battlefield imitation of a golf course.

Good nick but no sand in bunkers
Considering the rain, course in very good conditon except 1st fairway and bunkers. Though wet there was no sand in them so almost concrete unde the shot(Round played: Aug 2021 - Score: 89 Handicap: 15.6)

Challenging sand based course
Beautiful well kept course with some challenging holes. The greens drain well which makes them playable whatever the weather, although trying to get a ball to bite in the summer is not easy.Best start/ finish/ half way hut I've come across.

Good quality parkland course
Enjoyable and fairly challenging course within mature woodland. Very hilly so bear that in mind if less mobile. Facilities etc are of a decent standard. Greens were in good condition. We'll play again.Reviewer Rating

Damp and muddy but to be expected
Considering the amount of rain the course was in reasonable shape. AllArtificial tees except 18th. Greens slow due to wetness but very responsive and plenty of undulations and reads, unusual for winter golf.(Round played: Dec 2020 - Score: 92 Handicap: 15)

Some great holes at Bletchingley!
Hadn’t played here for a few years so great to see lots of maturity and very true and even greens. Tee boxes showed the wear and tear of the recent weather and footfall and it was busy with two different societies playing the same day. Many excellent holes that live long in the consciousness particularly the high tees at holes 7 and 14. The Par 5’s give you a chance to score as long as you are accurate off the tee adding to the mantra that you have to plot yourself around the layout. Enjoyable and will return.(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 98 Handicap: 20.6)
