What the club says: In two loops of nine holes, our mature parkland course unusually starts and finishes with a par 3. The first is a gentle start but look out for the railway. Indeed, all the early holes require solid tee shots, and generally favour the player who draws the ball, as most of the trouble is found on the right of many fairways. The course features some beautiful landscaped and challenging holes, many with excellent views of the North Downs and the beautiful surrounding Kent countryside.

A cracking course
What an absolute gem of a course with some really great holes and in extremely good condition. I was there with a society and the bacon rolls were excellent and the pricing was really good value for money. Definitely one to go back to!Reviewer Rating

Great course and welcome
Played before in the winter, but this was in April and the course was in great nick. The welcome in the clubhouse by staff and members was superb, even though we took the bar over. Excellent practice area, nets, chipping green, putting green and a short range. The course needs some thinking and plotting to get round, definitely be back.Reviewer Rating

Lovely layout, drainage needs to bed in
Enjoyable course, with a very pleasant pro and lovely food afterwards. Unusually this course starts and ends with a par 3, so being accurate with a short club on your first shot is essential. Some great holes with fairway camber meaning you hit high up the fairway and hope it stays there. Has recently had drainage fitted so channels still there and do make it look a bit in need of time to cover up. Greens were fine, bunkers decent. As it was really windy I would love to play it again in calmer conditions. A very reasonably priced course in an area where golf can be very expensive.Reviewer Rating

Hadn't played here in ages. Course in excellent condition. Loads of variety to it and has the slightly odd quirk or starting and ending with a Par 3. Greens were decent if a little firm. Rolled well though. Excellent food in clubhouse post round and made to feel very welcome as a society. Look forward to heading back.

Great condition
First time I've played and course was in great condition. Watch out for the driving range though on one of the holes as balls can get quite close to you and if you go left you're in trouble!(Round played: May 2019 - Score: 114 Handicap: 26.7)

Bearsted
Booked a tee time, starting at the 10th, at the tee we got dirty looks from, as it turned out members coming down the 9th. They were not happy! We let them play through at 14. Nice layout, which you need to play a couple of times, in my opinion. I you get a better reception on the course.(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 96 Handicap: 16.4)

First time round here. Cracking course with decent variety. Few blind shots here and there so tricky in places first time round. Greens were excellent. Nice food in clubhouse post round. Look forward to playing again in due course.
