Course difficult to find.
The starter was a wonderful ambassador for the club, however the greens and fairways were saturated so I could not give a true picture of the golf club.

Bearsted
Booked a tee time, starting at the 10th, at the tee we got dirty looks from, as it turned out members coming down the 9th. They were not happy! We let them play through at 14. Nice layout, which you need to play a couple of times, in my opinion. I you get a better reception on the course.(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 96 Handicap: 16.4)

Like the course, greens weren't great as yet again they had been scarified.

Always worth a visit in the summer. Great greens and a good challenge. Struggles a bit in the winter and the club needs to take a grip on some of the precious members who can spoil the visit. But one of the better courses in the Maidstone area, so give it a try.

Lovely layout, drainage needs to bed in
Enjoyable course, with a very pleasant pro and lovely food afterwards. Unusually this course starts and ends with a par 3, so being accurate with a short club on your first shot is essential. Some great holes with fairway camber meaning you hit high up the fairway and hope it stays there. Has recently had drainage fitted so channels still there and do make it look a bit in need of time to cover up. Greens were fine, bunkers decent. As it was really windy I would love to play it again in calmer conditions. A very reasonably priced course in an area where golf can be very expensive.Reviewer Rating
