a very flat course with lots of water and big dog legs. greens were average in many places but on the whole a good course

My first time here
A nice parkland course with some interesting dog legs. Nice use of water on a few holes. Fairways were kept nice and short
The greens were flat but played nice and fast. A credit to them considering the rain this week.
Only down side was the paths from green to tee. They were muddy and puddle covered. Needs some attention or could be a very muddy winter.
I would play here again (soon)

Society Day at Ballards Gore
13 of us descended from all parts of London and beyond, organised by myself in Essex. Ballards is along a flat course with a reasonable amount of different challenges. The team at BGGC was exemplary, the rolls etc were good and the service was fantastic. The professional guided us through the course and the dos and don't and we all had a great time, won by the only female participant on the day (42pts) Well done Ballards, the course was good, tidy, and challenging.Reviewer Rating
