Considering the rain that hit the North East on Thursday.... There was very little evidence of it. fairways and greens were excellent.

A delight
Bargin if a course ?25 gets a round and a buggy after 3pm. Great condition, the greens looked a little patchy but still stayed true just a little slow but well worth a goReviewer Rating

Always a pleasure to play
Our society returned back after a gap of three years and once again would find it hard to fault the venue. Friendly and relaxed clubhouse, warm welcome, lovely butties and the course in rude health. Played on a Friday morning after the early rush and had the course to ourselves almost. It won't be long before we're back.(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 95 Handicap: 19)

good coarse
first couple of holes are very challenging if walking a buggy would be advisable for more elderly golfers, after that the coarse is quite a bit flatter although still hilly in places, lovely views over Alnwick and out to sea, wide fairways and the greens were brilliant.Reviewer Rating

One of my favourite course. No AMAZING holes but loads of great holes c78lminating in a really enjoyable round. Clubhouse really friendly

Greens always in fantastic condition throughout the year and have never seen them on winter greens. Old section of 9 holes in established forest with newer 9 holes in open parkland with open wide fairways
