Every shot needs thought,
Over the winter a massive amount of work has been carried out and consequently the course has looked tired. If you played here in early spring you would have thought that it was a cleverly designed course but rundown. However a few weeks of good weather has transformed the course and it now looks and plays like the top course it is. It's not long but there are very few shots that do not require accuracy while the tee boxes, greens and approaches are stunning. If you have a good round (stay straight) you will think that the course is not too difficult but you will be punished for going off-line. Six Par 3's add to the challenge (ranging from 120 -225) of being accurate. The greens require a special mention as they are fast but true, enjoy,Reviewer Rating

Tough but worth it
The course is being worked on and is a little untidy but still worth it.(Round played: Mar 2019 - Score: 100 Handicap: 29.5)

All year rounder
Played very well in January before the snow, where most the clay courses are closed with a bit of drizzle The Add drains well pro shop says because on gravel base. Greens superb and impressive course layout with no two holes the same. Will be keen to return in the summer and worth the fees if your a proper golfer.Reviewer Rating

Very nice course
Greens very fast and difficult to read. Ground hard so difficult to lace ball. But some very attractive holes and the course requires you to think about your shots. Need a shot saver if never played before - blind holes.(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 96 Handicap: 17.2)

Beautifl setting, pity about the condition of the fairways.
I have not played at 'The Addington' for a number of years and although it has wonderful settings for a great golf course I found the condition of the fairways disappointing. This may have been as a result of the summer we have had but other courses I have played recently are in better condition.Reviewer Rating

Tired
She needs a bit of a refurb. Some lovely holes and some plain ones. The club house is looking quite tired. Not worth the 80 quid green fee.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 93 Handicap: 22)

Excellent course with great views
Had been wanting to visit here for a while and wasn't disappointed when the day finally came. Made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived. Course was interesting with lots of holes where just grabbing the big stick wasn't the best move. Incredible pretty course both with the on course layout and views across London.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 98 Handicap: 20)
