Footjoy expand range with FJ Sport Spikeless

FootJoy has announced the extension of its popular FJ Sport™ franchise ahead of the 2013 golfing season following the launch of the all-new FJ Sport Spikeless™.  Designed to offer outstanding levels of ‘Sports’ performance, this lightweight, flexible and athletically-styled hybrid shoe benefits from a durable and spikeless outsole that can be worn to great effect both on and off the course.

Ideally suited for the dynamic golfer seeking a technologically-advanced lifestyle shoe coupled with contemporary sports styling, fresh colour accents and enhanced levels of performance; the FJ Sport Spikeless is packed full of cutting-edge features. Encompassing a completely new outsole with high-frequency mould detailing and a sports upper pattern, this striking shoe is also constructed using the finest soft full grain leather uppers to provide outstanding levels of breathability, support, comfort and tensile strength. A new Lightweight Moulded EVA midsole provides soft underfoot cushioning set inside a TPU frame whilst a new Forefoot FlexZone delivers outstanding flexibility. An additional Performance Spikeless DuraMax rubber outsole is durable, flexible and provides greens-friendly comfort and excellent traction.

An external TPU Heel Stabiliser provides additional support and stability to compliment the in-shoe technology that features an Athletic Mesh lining and Lightweight Moulded EVA Fit-Bed for increased underfoot cushioning, support and aesthetic appeal. A Proof-Guard® membrane offers additional waterproof protection and breathability in all weather conditions whilst a new LoPro Last incorporates a full rounded toe character with a slightly shallower forefoot and a narrower heel.
