How to Read the Greens with Chris Paisley

By: Golfshake Editor | Thu 01 Aug 2019

European Tour winner, Chris Paisley and his Putting Coach, Andy Paisley demonstrate their techniques and methods for how to correctly go about reading your putts so you can begin to work on practicing those methods on the practice greens.

Paisley walks through his unique methods of standing behind the hole, looking for the entry point and analysing the slopes on the greens in order to make an informed decision on where he feels the break in the putt will be.

With the help of his brother and putting coach, Andy Paisley, the pair highlight the importance of making sure to practice starting your putts on the correct line, in order to really benefit from correctly reading future greens on the course.
