Short with few challenges
You will want to use the long tees here as the course is very short otherwise. The first and last few holes have some character to them but the middle 6 are rather bland.Playing in the winter the greens were in a fair condition but there was a lot of standing water around and the measures being taken to assist in negotiating your way around are inadequate.
You can hit a few balls in the range to warm up which is a good price but the cost of a round here is too much for it can offer as there are better courses nearby at better prices. If you can get a deal then it could be worth it.
The staff had nothing to say in the pro shop as we had to wait a few minutes for one to show up. The guy working in the under sized 19th doesn't know what anything costs which itself has a limited selection.

Bit overpriced considering that the course is not yet ready. Also a bit boring in the middle. Seems to hold up quite well for a woodland course, in the wet

Not a bad track. Nice mix of holes. Heavy use so conditioning struggles. Greens poor in late April. Very tight in places - particularly first several holes. Many holes feature stands of trees leaving a narrow gap to get through at driving distance which is a bit annoying. Some of the par 3 greens are extremely difficult with severe (unnecessary!) run-offs eg 13 and 16.
Bizarrely the colour coded pin position flags are different to every other course that uses this system! (White for middle and yellow for back??)

Tight course with great trees
