Excellent championship golf course, not a single bad hole there, brilliant greens, clubhouse a bit pricey but it's a high end venue so it's to be expected

Our society played here on October 1st. Despite some woeful putting of my own I loved this course. From the initial booking(thanks Ashley) nothing was too much trouble. The course itself is brilliant,it's not a grip it and rip it course,each hole requires good management. I don't think there is one stand out hole,though the par 3 5th to an island green is nice. Speaking of water,there is lots of it though some ponds were dry due to the recent dry spell. The welcome,food and staff stand out too. My only small criticism is the 18th is a bland finishing hole when compared to the previous 17. Would 100% recommend a visit.

enjoyed the day, didn't play my best and could not putt at all. the greens were so fast. long course and challenging to any golfer.

Monster from the back tees but offers enough tees to make it a sensible challenge for all. Lovely condition with well kept fairways and slick true greens. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I recently joined the club in April 2015, i have found all the staff to be the most helpful and friendly i have come across, their expertise is second to none in ensuring you always enjoy your golfing day. The members themselves are extremely welcoming and offer full support to all as you experience playing the "Rock" a difficult exciting course no matter what your handicap, then take part in the banter and many discussions that follow in the 19th, enjoy on a warm day with a cold beer sitting outside watching players tackle the tricky 18th green, all the facilities are excellent, this is a fantastic course in great condition, the ground staff take pride in presenting the best. A great experience to be had by all.

Absolutely gorgeous course and top notch facilities. Open and long enough to use driver more than normal with lots of imposing, challenging yet enjoyable shots over bunkers and water. Really friendly staff too - particularly the starters.

Great course very long and challenging. Greens big and they take some reading. Weather was great which added to a fantastic day. staff very friendly and professional. Well done to all.

Long championship course with water on a number of holes. We played the first day of the summer rules but the course was still quite damp which made it even longer. Each hole us a real challenge and the thinking doesn't end when you get to the green.

We played Rockliffe Hall on the day of a friends wedding. The course has a such a lot going for it. From the nice welcome at the club house to the friendly chap on the first tee, we were made to feel very welcome on our first visit and hopefully will get the chance to play again. A tough but fair course in brilliant condition.
