Open week
Played the cherington in an open comp (end of July) fantastic condition. Greens , aprons were superb, true premium feel.Nice welcome in clubhouse, very smart throughout.

Beautifully presented parkland challenge
The Avening course was in flawless condition and the back nine really made you think about where you put the ball off the tee. Will definitely play again.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 89 Handicap: 19)

Great Course
Had a fantastic day out there with the BAGS society. Course was in great shape. Greens were tricky, but very smooth and true, just how they should be. Would definitely play there again. Thoroughly recommend.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 89 Handicap: 23)

Great
Great course,best in the area and only 21 pound after 4pm.usually a lot more peak time, loads of bunkers for the better golfer to nagotiate(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 101 Handicap: 25.9)

A great venue. Organised a society event and played both courses over two days. Staff were excellent and Simon (event mgr) couldn't have been more helpful. Great food and club house facilities also. Real gem!

Played both courses in June 2016 having previously played at an early time in the year. All I can say is wow! seeing the course in full condition was impressive with well manicured fairways and excellent true fast greens which were a joy to putt on!When I played in June the rough was quite punishing but thanfully more so for my playing partner than me but this also did impact the round time slightly.
Both courses are wonderful and I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to play golf in Gloucs. Nice friendly welcome from the staff and facilities excellent.

Welcoming. Outstanding condition. Requires thought, despite relative forgiveness for wayward shots - definite scoring opportunities but being out of position makes very tough to score well. Greens and bunkers excellent.

everything about this venue was spot on from the club facilities to the fairways and greens in excellent condition.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
They could not do enough to make sure our society day ran smooth and efficient.
overall experience was a great days golf had by all.

The Avening course at Minchinhampton was in very condition for the time of year. More a parkland feel to the other course with plenty of trees and some water. big undulating greens and lots of bunkers.
