The course was in excellent condition tee to green, but stray off line and you will find yourself in some horrible long rough. Rushmore is a must play if you are in the area set across the Wiltshire and Dorset county border in what was once the grounds of the big house. An interesting point is that there are no bunkers in the holes situated in the Dorset part of the course.

An excellent course in some stunning countryside. Very good club facilities; friendly staff and a good selection of food and beverages. Highly recommended.

They have done a lot of work over the past couple of years to improve everything about the club. The course really is in great condition and the facilities are really improved but they have still kept the same really friendly unpretentious atmosphere.

Excellent value for money
A warm welcome with friendly staff. Course was in great condition. We had a society of 14 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Hospitality was excellent and fantastic value for money. Will certainly be coming back next year.Reviewer Rating

Lovely location
With the course divided between Dorset and Wiltshire this is a wonderful setting. Always well presented with a variety of interesting holes. As with all golf courses, good placement will reward you.Staff are very welcoming and the clubhouse food worth stopping for.

Punched greens
