Wonderful links golf. In great condition, particularly greens. Shoes as clean at the end of the round as at the beginning.

Clubhouse ok. Pro shop helpful. Great value at the moment.

A cracking links. Classic 2 loops of 9 played along a deserted piece of beautiful coastline. Played yesterday, bone dry and true greens - my home course is very wet and mainly on temp greens. Very fair test. Will be a tough proposition when it blows. Absolutely love it. Owning off felt like a day very well spent. Arrive early to get a bacon roll - superb! Only negative is lack of decent real ale.

Played Goswick on a windy day, excellent course with a good mix of holes, very surprised how quiet it was. Can understand why it is an Open qualifier course. Great practice facilities and good bacon roll before starting.

underrated on here. Stunning championship course, long but an easy walk. Average links condition some fairways and the range a bit tatty. Friendly if very quiet club. At least a dozen memorable holes, the 18th is probably the weakest which is a shame, but it's a must if in the area.

Tremendous links golf course. I played it on a twilight ticket (after 3pm) and the round only cost £21. This must be about the best value golf going as it is a regional qualifier for The Open. Greens all great and protected by deep bunkers. The bunkers were nicely filled with sand so even though the faces were steep, escaping was still possible. Most of the par 4's are about 400 yards and so two good shots needed to reach in regulation rather then only needing a pitching wedge for the second shot. The one short par 4 (18th) is guarded by 9 bunkers. Found it a really enjoyable round and look forward to returning.
