Great Classic Links
Took our golf society here for an autumn round. Conditions were windy but it was still a really enjoyable round. Hitting the fairway helps considerably but balls generally findable in the rough. Great condition, fabulous views.Reviewer Rating

Just what you expect from a links. I'd imagine it doesn't get the visits and credit it quite deserves as golfing folk wax lyrical about Berwick and the other top courses just a few miles further north into Scotland. Our group had a fabulous welcome, tasty pre-round lunch which set us up well for the expected test. Goswick is a true links test with lines off the tee not always obvious, bunkers, gorse and water well placed to challenge your strategy and some undulation and elevation which can test and delight in equal measure. There are some changes planned to make it even better, it won't need much as its already firmly in my memory as a top links track!Reviewer Rating

This course is a great test for every aspect of your game. The fairways and greens are in great condition. It's a challenging links course that is beautifully presented and in great condition. The setting is lovely, and it's a great opportunity to play a links course.

Day 4 of scotland tripon way home, this was a tough challenge a links course that you needed to plan your way round which i did not do on the front 9,

Very windy and tough conditions. Greens not as quick as usual due to the strength go the wind. Course in excellent condition.

Championship Links - Worth every penny
WOW what a great course this is ....absolutely stunning place with fantastic greens and a great James Braid set up that is a real challenge....the wind on the day I played was not to brutal so I managed to get it round in only one shot over my handicap with a gross 84(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 84 Handicap: 10.8)

Blindingly good value
Far too cheaply-priced for the standard of course. Goswick should be closer to £95 than £50 for a visitor round. This is a stunning test of links golf. The only weak holes are those that close the two loops of nine. Goswick is more than a hidden gem; this is a course for the real GB&I top 50. Not to be missed at any cost.Reviewer Rating

Worth a drive out
Drove 1hr 45mins and paid more than I normally would for a round of golf. But, what a day out. Stunning course, fantastic layout and enjoyed every minute, except my hackers 9. £45 winter rate was easy to swallow as it is an open qualifier. Surprisingly playable if you’re not greedy and very quiet on a wed at 1010. Friendly clubhouse and very good food Try it out.(Round played: Oct 2019 - Score: 93 Handicap: 20.1)

Well worth a visit. True Links course.
Stay straight and you'll enjoy it!!! It's a true links course that is used for qualification for the Scottish open. Very good condition. Veer right on a lot of the holes and you will struggle but it's not an unduly punishing course. Course manage it and you will have a great game(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 93 Handicap: 19)

Clear to see why it's an Open qualifying course. Proper links golf. Fast running fairways, deep bunkers and strategy needed to score well.
