Reasonable par 3 course played in extremely wet conditions in winter. Most normal greens in play even in such bad conditions, well done!

Enjoyed the course but, the greens were fluffy and not consistent. The sand in the bunkers is was more like soil and not good quality.

Most par 3 courses tend to be almost field-like courses where you can see all of the other holes. That certainly isn't the case here with lots of tree lined holes that wouldn't be out of place on full courses. They certainly mix up the distances too, with holes stretching from 100 yards to 200+.

The greens were okay rather than good, while the tees generally looked like a few divots had been taken out of them. I know that bunkers are supposed to be hazards, but I have no idea what was in the bunker at the 2nd hole. It wasn't sand, and it wasn't pleasant trying to play out of it.

If you're looking for a quick 18 holes that won't cost the earth and allows you to use all of your clubs, then Broughton Heath should be considered as an option.

Nice short game practice

Reasonable price, course in good condition but tee areas could with a little maintenance.
Greens a little bumpy and dry. Challenging course, ideal for short and mid iron practice.

Played the course first time in 10 years after being member there. Layout good for a par three, still with some challenging and interesting holes. Course very dry though, with the greens and surrounds suffering and cracking up as a result. Water hazards all but empty too. This is a decent course to try your long and mid irons. I reached past the longest hole with a 3 hybrid so no need for the heavy artillery. Greens worse than I remember but that may be down to a warm dry summer. Just about worth the green fee, especially so on Monday at £10. Tees bunkers and fairway all adequate. Club house is very good
