10/04/2107, greens dreadful, bunkers not raked and the sand is more like sharp sand and gritty. Not a sign of a groundsman. Very disappointed.

After playing Le Pins course over the past few years I was so disappointed with the state of greens on my recent visit. As usual the course was idyllic but the state of the greens make the course unplayable. Large diseased areas filled with sand with tram lines all over them. What makes matters worse is that the management don't tell you about the problem and still charge a 50 euro green fee. Every golfer we spoke to was very disappointed. If you're in the area try The Dunes course instead until they sort the problem out.

We played the 1st week the course has been open this year, March 24-25th, the course has had a lot of work done including "bits" added to some fairways. A lot of bunkers G.U.R and one tempary green, but worst of all the other greens looks as if someone had been using them for chipping practice, lots(and i mean lots) of big what can be best described as "scars" on them, could couldn't put in a straight line if you were Luke Donald! BUt it was sunny and with good company so wasn't quite so bothered.

Played here a number of times and will go back I hope. Disappointing greens as were lumpy and sandy. A few changes to the layout of the course including the repositioning of the 18th green which makes it a great finish. Clubhouse good and small pro shop.

The old layot out was far nicer, however still nice, with some interesting holes. greens not great.

Fairways were good but the greens did vary in quality along with the tees. Clubhouse and facilities very good.
