Chobham Sept 2022

In appalling conditions Golf course was excellent condition well signposted etc. Facilities were very good and the food / service excellent.

Lovely course in great condition

Not a long course, but tricky and interesting. Super condition greens, with lots of borrows. Very enjoyable

Lovely course but very dry this time of the year

I found the course an excellent challenge for a mid-handicapper as there are so many holes where you really have to think about club selection off the tee instead of just lashing out with the driver every time. Plenty of doglegs, lakes, ditches as well as tricky, slopey and very fast greens and overall lovely layout and landscape. The course was bone-dry so ball bounced off the fairways and most of the bunkers were rock hard but the greens and tee boxes were well watered and in good condition. Very friendly welcome at the clubhouse which is also quite grand. Had some drinks but didn't eat so can't comment on food. Doesn't seem to have a driving range but there are some practice facilities which I didn't use.

Still excellent after all these years!

Great course wonderful staff will play again.

Short but very testing and the two longish par threes are worth the money alone.
First round of the year after a six month break, good course to shake the rust off.

Great track for the everyday golfer

Terribly slow round as I was caught at the end of a long line of big groups. The course was in great condition with the greens running well.

Chobham Still Good For The Money!

I always enjoy returning to Chobham, great welcome from friendly staff.... even at 7am in the morning!
Even though it has been extremely dry the whole course looked good with fast greens to test the best of putters.

A short course, but as always, the devil's in the detail!

Fantastic course and facilities

Enjoyable four ball in great conditions. The course is immaculately kept and a good challenge for players of all standards. Staff were very polite and hospitable.

Great little course

What a lovely little course hidden away in the surrey countryside, it was in fantastic condition with fast excellent running greens .Clubhouse large and very tidy , good food and generally friendly. Great day out.

A happy return to Chobham on an overcast morning.
Staff very welcoming and the course set up perfectly after the previous night's rain.
Greens were slick and accurate with the course looking excellent.

Highly recommend to all handicap levels, although some lower handicappers might feel it to be a little on the short side.
I will definitely be revisiting this excellent value for money course.

First time playing here. Nice course in decent condition though a little muddy in places. Greens were decent and rolled well. Quite a few slopes here and there so tricky to read but perfectly fair. Course itself is interesting with a number of blind tee shots, several dog legs and water in play on a few holes. Not that long off the yellows but a good challenge. Well worth playing and I'll be back to do so again. Clubhouse is also very nice and I had a very tasty sandwich post round.
