Lovely course in great condition
Not a long course, but tricky and interesting. Super condition greens, with lots of borrows. Very enjoyable(Round played: Sep 2021 - Score: 109 Handicap: 31.9)

Lovely course but very dry this time of the year
I found the course an excellent challenge for a mid-handicapper as there are so many holes where you really have to think about club selection off the tee instead of just lashing out with the driver every time. Plenty of doglegs, lakes, ditches as well as tricky, slopey and very fast greens and overall lovely layout and landscape. The course was bone-dry so ball bounced off the fairways and most of the bunkers were rock hard but the greens and tee boxes were well watered and in good condition. Very friendly welcome at the clubhouse which is also quite grand. Had some drinks but didn't eat so can't comment on food. Doesn't seem to have a driving range but there are some practice facilities which I didn't use.Reviewer Rating

Still excellent after all these years!
Great course wonderful staff will play again.Short but very testing and the two longish par threes are worth the money alone.
First round of the year after a six month break, good course to shake the rust off.

Terribly slow round as I was caught at the end of a long line of big groups. The course was in great condition with the greens running well.

Chobham Still Good For The Money!
I always enjoy returning to Chobham, great welcome from friendly staff.... even at 7am in the morning!Even though it has been extremely dry the whole course looked good with fast greens to test the best of putters.
A short course, but as always, the devil's in the detail!

Fantastic course and facilities

Great little course

A happy return to Chobham on an overcast morning.
Staff very welcoming and the course set up perfectly after the previous night's rain.
Greens were slick and accurate with the course looking excellent.
Highly recommend to all handicap levels, although some lower handicappers might feel it to be a little on the short side.
I will definitely be revisiting this excellent value for money course.

First time playing here. Nice course in decent condition though a little muddy in places. Greens were decent and rolled well. Quite a few slopes here and there so tricky to read but perfectly fair. Course itself is interesting with a number of blind tee shots, several dog legs and water in play on a few holes. Not that long off the yellows but a good challenge. Well worth playing and I'll be back to do so again. Clubhouse is also very nice and I had a very tasty sandwich post round.

First time back at Chobham since organising a Golf Society day some 5 years ago.
Age has not altered what has always been a well kept course, a little on the short side but devilish tricky in places.
The finishing 212 yard par three will test the nerve of every golfer.
The greens were slick and well groomed and I really enjoyed my day back at Chobham Golf Club.

Really lovely but difficult course. My main problem was lack of space around greens meaning that missed approaches resulted in lost balls on 4 occasions and they weren't wild misses. Greens were pretty fast and very true with subtle breaks all over the place. A course for a more talented player than me.

I play the course as part of a Golf Society. This was the second time I've been around Chobham and after only been playing for eight weeks, it's a very challenging course for both beginner and the more experienced. Overall very good course with plenty of difference between the holes.
