Holes rather samey and tremendous roar of M4 traffic on a couple of holes meant no feeling of having stepped off the world. No par 5s. Most disappointing aspect though was tremendous pettiness of the rules. I am a middle aged barrister so no rebel. One amazing example was a notice in the changing room. Members can leave their shoes their from week to week under the seats. The notice states that if the club believes that a pair of shoes are unacceptably worn then they will indicate this by leaving a golf ball in one of the shoes and the golfer should then dispose of the same and buy a new pair! I'm still wondering whether this is a joke but fear not from the many other pointless regulations put up around the clubhouse and course. Incredible.

So close to home?
For a club listed as in Greater London this is a gem. Challenging undulations, some tight fairways, and greens that warrant full attention soon focuses the mind away from the neighbouring M4 and train lines that crisscross the layout. Great clubhouse too, a sincere welcome in the Pro Shop, and a great halfway house, single this out as a must play again (and soon!) venue.Reviewer Rating

Tip Top Condition
The second time I have played here in several years and it's good course set in West London. It's been used for a few famous tv adverts of known brands and some UK films. It is a place to visit and play. The clubhouse is good too with food available until 3pm. Nice bar. A few down sides to this course is that the range is not like a proper driving range or under shelter. The car park has approx 20 bays given out to SKY TV as a over flow car park. Lastly strict on the dress code both on the course and in the bar too. If you can get by that then you will have a good day.Reviewer Rating

Worth a round
Good course, although holes generally very similar to each other, especially on the front 9. Quite a few bunkers on the back 9 make it a bit more challenging, but overall not a very challenging course. Free driving range is great to prepare for a round. A few too many leaves and dirt on a couple of greens, but otherwise greens (and course) in good condition.Reviewer Rating

A very nice track, well maintained. A number of challenging par 4s and an interesting layout make this an enjoyable place to play. All the members take great care and pride in their golf course. Visitors feel truly welcome

Iplay this course from time to time and love it firstly for the course layout and value for money deals.Only downside is it is flanked oneside by the M4 and the other by the railway though it is less of a problem in summer with folage on the trees,found the members friendly.

One of the most welcoming and hospitable experiences I have encountered. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The course itself is very flat and although par 69 with only one par 5, it still offers a good challenge throughout. The course was in great condition and it was clear that upkeep and maintenance was a priority.
