What The Club Says
Whilst the Standard Scratch Score for Wyke Green is 69 the course record 65 set by Mr M.R. Johnson in 1984 stood until the Worman Sword in 2009. Mr S.Fallon completed a fine round of 64 in the second round of the Worman Sword. Considering the course has been played by literally tens of thousands of players over the past 83 years including some world class golfers such as Gary Player, Greg Norman and Retief Goosen the course has stood the test of time.

Top, top golfing experience
Always a warm and hearty welcome as a visitor to Wyke Green! Special mention to Pauline and her staff in the clubhouse - so friendly and providing the best of what you can expect before and after playing. Course itself in great nick particularly the greens and high were fast and evenly paced. Already looking forward to my next visit a day after writing this!Reviewer Rating

Hidden in plain sight
From planes, trains cars & tubes so it’s not a quiet spot but it’s an oasis & really well looked after & a great staff on & off the course. Excellent greens & fairways. Hard work put in has paid off. I’ve not played here since 2021 but conditions were very good today. Well worth a return visit.Reviewer Rating

Fun, easy course
Easy course, especially the back 9. Front 9 has some long par 4's, but they are flat and straight. Fairways in excellent shape considering all the rain latelt but the rough was very muddy. Greens are true and quicker than they look!Reviewer Rating

Long and noisy
The course has had major work and this has improved it a great deal. However for a highish handicapper its a tough course. Many long straight c.400+ yard holes. Really par 5's unless you hit it 250 yards off the tee. Greens were lovely but fastReviewer Rating

Beautifully Maintained Course
A traditionally run golf club, friendly clubhouse, with much history. The course has well maintained fairways and greens. The greens are lightning fast, each with some challenging contours and levels. Considering its location in the outskirts of South London, it could be easily and wrongly overlooked.Reviewer Rating

Great greens, but too many similar holes
The greens were in fantastic shape fast and very true so highly enjoyable with only the crazy golf 17th being the exception (too much fun!). The layout was disappointing with too many similar par 4 fairly straight, tree lined holes. The front nine is trickier purely down to the lengths. The staff and members were very pleasant.Reviewer Rating
