We play as part of a society and play different courses around the East Midlands every 3/4 weeks.
We called the club shop in the Tuesday and asked if we could book 2 tee times for 2 4 balls.
We were told that tee times cannot be booked and it's just a case of turn up and play.
We turned up on the Sunday morning only to be told that we weren't allowed to play unless we were accompanied by a member. If this is the clubs policy then fair enough but this wasn't relayed to us when we enquired about booking nor is this stated on the website. Some members in our society have travelled quite some distance to play today!
This was extremely poor customer service and they didn't seem particularly bothered about our situation.

Lovely parkland course, could hardly believe we were in a City centre. Great condition, for the time of year, quite tight in places with bunkers a many. Played over the Christmas period and the course was busy so had to be mindful of keeping up with play, felt like speed golf at times but wouldn't hesitate to play again.

Fantastic course in lovely condition. Beautiful greens.
Very friendly staff and a warm welcome from members.
Food and drink reasonably priced too.
Overall a great day out and the Day Pass making two rounds good value for money. What's not to like with playing golf amongst Red deer and Fallow deer.

The course was in great condition, rough penal, very penal if you are wild off the tee. Greens quick and true. Welcome given by members.

Played here on Friday 3rd. May 2013. The course and surroundings were in excellent condition. Everyone involved at the club was very friendly. The Deer that roamed the course were an added benefit. Would recommend to anyone.

beautiful course
Wollaton park as always played very well despite the wet conditions. The layout is fairly simple but the holes around the hall are beautiful. The back 9 is cracking but the front 9 is quite flat and unimaginative. Greens were beautiful and the course is well kept.Reviewer Rating

Lovely setting
