I played Wollaton Park on the advice of a work colleague that stated it was an excellent course! And as he predicted it was a great golf course to play very tricky and amazing sights especially the deer`s all over the course.
Would highly recommend Wollaton Park Golf Club to anybody.

Course in Nottingham set within historic deer park. Decent length which makes for a challenging course but with wide fairways the course is set-up for all handicap. Excellent large greens which are some of the best in Nottinghamshire. The course is also laid out very well make it enjoyable and interesting to play. Would highly recommend, watch out for the deer though!Reviewer Rating

Not the cheapest of courses, no deals to be had! But if you want to play at one of Nottinghams finest courses then this should be on the list. A well laid out course with some testing holes. Greens were superb when we played, fairways could've done with a sprinkle of water, but still in very good condition... May be a tad on the long side for some player tho and high handicappers may struggle because of it? In some respect its quite reminiscent of the back 9 at the forest of Arden (including the Deer!) Well worth a visit.
