This is a fantastic course. Love the Halfway hut!
Greens good, fairways good, Temp tee boxes are the best i've played off.

All round great course.

friendly welcome in the pro shop followed by a round on a cracking course
plenty of variety with both long and short par 4s,with a lovely view of the lake that the course runs round
well worth a visit

Played 25th June. Course excellent. Great fairways and greens and a 'steal' at £20.00 per round. Best course we've played on for ages. Will definitely go again soon.

it was our 2nd visit to the course and it was in even better condition than before ..fairways ,,,tees in great condition,,and greens run true and fast ....the rough has grown a bit from before ,,but it only helps the overall character of the course,,,,of which in my opinion is one of the best around the area,,,
the visit was topped of with excellent deal and service from matt in the pro shop ....we will be going back very soon ,,,,HIGHLY recommended !!!!

Played this course over the last 2 years and it's always been in good condition but the rough made it quite penal. This year it is in fantastic condition and most of the rough has gone so incredibly playable and greens are quite quick. Pro shop staff very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Bargain of the year at £20.

Stunning golf course in an incredible setting. One of the inset courses in Yorkshire and always a pleasure to play...even in the howling wind and driving rain.

At £20 through Tee Off Times, this is excellent value for money. Resort like with a course set out for buggies and a hotel in the grounds, this course is in excellent condition, the rough trimmed since earlier in the year, some excellent driving holes but also some which require considerable course management. highly recommend.

What a great course and hidden gem. Has a country ckub feel to it, with hotel on site offering pay and play packages. Course was in great nick. Stay on the fairways as the rough was penal but the fairways are wide enough if yoiu're accurate. Great price and ideal for a society day out or full days golfing.

this is a hard course if your a high handicap which i am.holes 6,9,13 and 16 can kill my score.if i card 88 im well chuffed.makes playing other courses round yorkshire a bit easier,
