Society visit
I played the course with my society in late April. When we arrived we were told that we would have to play under Winter rules which was that we wasn't allowed to play our ball from the fairways unless we used a rubber mat they had given us. (which was small and difficult to play off) and to compound things the greens weren't very good either. Overall It was a great disappointment as we were all looking forward to playing the course. Had the golf club informed us that the winter rules were still in place it wouldn't have been a problem, we would have simply cancelled and booked at a later date when the winter rules were off.We have been coming to this course for a few years now but I doubt if we will be coming back which is a shame because it can be a nice course under the right conditions .

Difficult golf course but had my A game. Putted well on difficult greens.
The 19th is poor no food and a barmaid who was totally not interested in her job.

A good course and proved to be quite tricky. Greens were good but a little slow.

Have played the course many times and it was great.... right up until recently as they decided to let the rough grow to about 2 feet, so unless you are a single handicapper don't bother, and if you do go take plenty of balls

Lovely course with stunning views over the lake, only negative is the amount of poop on the greens and course from the geese
