Getting better
This course always gets better in the drier weather. Greens are much better than they used to be as well.(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 87 Handicap: 16)

Poor quality. Fairway grass very fluffy bunkers poor greens bare and lots of gur

Course is in fair condition, but the greens leave a lot to be desired as they are very very poor, at ?16 for a round there are better courses in the area that are cheaper and in far better condition

The course is currently in very poor condition, the greens are awful, very sandy, covered in divots and not what you would expect at this time of the year.
The staff were very helpful but the absence of any twilight rates makes it expensive when there is only time for 9 holes.

(Round played: Dec 2016 - Score: 80 Handicap: 7.5). I was disappointed that 4 of the holes were closed without knowing this before I bought the round or turned up on the day- this was not helpful or acceptable.

Nice little course tucked away in Wallsend. Provides a degree of challenge on some holes. Course in good condition.

Course wasn't in as good nick as has been lately...fairways a bit 'claggy' and been cut for drainage.
