nice course hidden gem, some tricky water. Little short of the yellows. I would recommend this for intermediate golfers.

Lovey course, superb condition. Real mixed skill levels for each hole. Very well maintained and friendly staff

This is the first time this year I have seen a green course in England. The tee's are excellent and the fairways have a nice layer of grass so the ball sits up well. The greens were a fraction slow (although it was early evening) but ran slow and received a ball well. The course is not too long, but there are plenty of trees to penalise a wayward tee shot. There are some well positioned bunkers to catch a mis-hot shot. The last three holes are a nice, interesting finish with a tight par 3, dogleg par 4 and straight short par 4.

Really enjoyed playing this course 3 weeks ago.The 1st 6 holes are really good and different variety of holes.The greens and bunkers are top notch,probably 2nd best we have played on.Would defo come again because you wasnt allowed to play here,normally members only.i shot 87 so quiet happy

Member for 4 years then had a gap of 2 years but joined again as the course is in very good condition and is local. Some fairways can be tight.

From reading the card you can get lulled into a false sense of security of thinking you can shoot a great score. The reality is this is a very subtle course, close enough to the sea to make club selection into the breeze an important decision. The greens this year are in good condition following the winter floods and can only get better. A welcoming club, friendly members who are happy to dispense advice when asked and who appreciate golfers knowing their etiquette as they say in their blurb a proper golf club. Well worth a visit and I will be returning especially at the current reduced green fee rates.

first time at the course. Very flat so didnt think it would be to tough BUT........
Nice use of water, lots of trees and when the wind is blowing can be very tricky.
Very good condition all round but found the greens a little bit bobbly but probably due to the weather.
Tree lined fairways means straight tee shots are needed or you may well end up in a stream !!!!
Would definately return to the course for another crack at it.

Nice tight mature parkland course. Greens in very good condition and very hard to read due to subtle contours. All day ticket for visitor is £50 so only value if you can play at least 27 holes.

Without a doubt the best greens I have ever played on. Rest of course was so well kept. Rough was very difficult to play out of and provided a good challenge. Is very expensive to play though and is a proper members club with lots of law abiding members.
