Needs some work
We played this weekend as a society of 12. Day 1 we played Blythe/Somers and Day 2 Hampton/Blythe. The 3 courses are challenging but not overly long from the yellow tees, using an iron more than driver from the tee due to a lot of blind tee shots. I dare say once you know the course, you can take a bit more of a risk off the tee. The courses were in a fair condition, the fairways were hard but playable and the greens were quick. The only disappointment for me were the bunkers, what an absolute disgrace. So hard they were almost like concrete and full of stones. Just put some sand in them for god's sake, it's not difficult to do. Other than that an enjoyable weekend and would play here again if they sort the bunkers out.Reviewer Rating

Mr. Bramwell
Played here many times. Layout good due to 3 loops. Price gone up ?5 which don't feel shows on course. This club is looked after by green keeper by roping off large areas of the course, which is good however the players just do not repair damage to the greens and this is a shame. Staff all friendly and practice areas excellent.Reviewer Rating

Somers has testing par 5?s, while Blythe and Hampton is picturesque with amazing bird life to go with plenty of water

Good can be very busy
Has three sets of 9?s beat are Hampton Somers but although Blythe is shorter has more difficulty. Has improved since they began to protect course during winter although allow a lot of dingbats to use it. Pace of play varies and members are nobsReviewer Rating
