Very Enjoyable
Lovely conditions, and a course in cracking nick. The newly refurbished clubhouse area is excellent.(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 92 Handicap: 19.7)

Lovely course
I've driven by this course on numerous occasions and wondered what it was like, as have my regular golf buddies. We were all really pleased that we finally played here.
Great layout, although there are some long walks from green to tee.
Whilst its not the longest it is really challenging.
We are looking forward to going back, very soon.

What a joy
Lovely combination course. (Venue has 3 loops of 9).Great looking course with many varied holes. Not long but not easy unless you plot your way carefully. Would love to go back and play the 9 we missed out on because if it's as good as the Hampton & Blyth nines it'll be well worth playing.

Nice course but nothing stunning
Nice course but not one that will live too long in the memory. Course in good condition although greens have been hollow tined and not fully recovered so putting is a bit of a bouncy lottery. Good mix of holes but nothing too memorable. Played the Blythe/Somers combination. Not sure I would bother to return to play the Hampton 9. As with multiple loops of 9 holes course set up, play was slow. 4 balls starting their front 9 delay quicker players moving onto their back 9 because not every group plays at the same pace. Excellent practice facilities with a great driving range over a lake.(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 82 Handicap: 10)

Excellent
Played this course around a month ago. The change in a month is brilliant. Greens were fantastic although a few fairways had bald patches. But overall, very impressed. The bar / restaurant has been refurbished and recently opened. It is beautiful, a massive improvement on the cafe style that existed before(Round played: Mar 2019 - Score: 93 Handicap: 18.7)

Excellent Greens
this is a great course, on some holes very much resembles a links course, with tight fairways and hills full of long heather requires you to stay on the short stuff! well maintained. we played in January and the greens are some of the best i have played on. will certainly be back, a great test of golf for any handicapper.Reviewer Rating
