First visit to St Mary's Golf Club and the weather was great. Course in very good condition. However the greens maybe needed cutting which made them rather slow but were in good condition.

I'm new to golf and I've played there about four times so far. I think it's a value for money and a good start to someone who is learning to play, as it is a good all round course for all levels of players.

Great course to play, even a day after snow/rain. Some boggy parts but apart from that the greens and fairways were great. The pro shop staff are also great!

Lovely course, brilliant time of year to play as the course was in good condition, although some areas were a bit bare and boggy.

St Marys was a very enjoyable course to play and excellent value for money, especially for a Saturday afternoon.
The course has a short yardage but still provides plenty of challenge with some tight fairways and threateningly placed hazards. Longer hitters will need to reign it in and play with their head.

First time on this course, really liked it, good value for money. This course is aimed at middle to upper range of handicappers, lots of tricky holes, to do well keep on the fairways.

In good condition, nice fairways but rough is punishing and greens in good condition, changing facilities very basic and small probably the only DOWN point. Lovely clubhouse

Played the main 18 hole course on Sunday 3rd August 2008 in the rain. Course was full and played well, the greens were fast and very well kept. Nice selection of hole throughout the course.
The 10th lets the course down a bit for me as it's a 'gimicky' hole and very difficult to get the ball to stay on the green. If this was changed the course would of gained another star.
I would defenately play this course again and would recommend it. Cant wait to play again ( apart from the 10th )
