What the club says: The 18 hole course is parkland bordered to the north by the Ely river which adds a picturesque backdrop to 3 of the greens. Wild fowl are attracted by the ponds on the lower part of the course and, coupled with the views of forest and mountain, the visitor is presented with one of the most delightful scenarios in Welsh golf. Although under 6000 yards, the course presents a challenge to the most ardent golfer in that the greens are small and the fairways narrow.

Tight Course

Tight course
Very tight course and can be challenging to play. Good use of the terrain with plenty of hills. A great test for players of all handicaps.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 108 Handicap: )

Played mid March for the first time here, really tight and strategic course in good condition for the time of year. \Very enjoyable the pro and all the staff were very helpful also said that the course has had major work done on drainage. Will definitely be back.

Great course and a fair test of anyone's game. The back nine was pretty soggy after days of rain, but only 2 temporary greens at the time. Overall, a course to definitely play again and one I'd 100% recommend.

Excellent value for money, far cheaper than equivalent clubs in the area. Course is short but a great challenge. Food and service was great. Well stocked pro shop with brilliant service. Overall we were looked after and made to feel very very welcome.\Will return soon.

Hilly ,compact course.I have played it on 3 occasions and it is always in good nick.
