Course recovering well from Winter

Great to see in in this condition
Played this course a couple of years ago and the condition wasn't great when run by the previous company. Recently taken back into control of council and they have restored it to former glory.Beautiful setting in mature woodland with a nice collection of pretty holes. Fairways and greens in good condition. A good challenge for all with some trickier holes, but also rewarding if you are playing well.
Very enjoyable round, and a nice pint after!

A fantastic course with 27 outstanding holes, the long par 4's are especially tough if your into the wind. The fairways are quite generous but lined with plenty of trees. There are plenty of ditches to catch the errant shot and a couple of ponds near to greens 8 and 17. This really has the feel of a 'proper' golf course.
