Overall experience excellent ... staff very friendly and attentive ,,, clubhouse lovely ,,, course challenging,,, but only disappointment was condition of the greens and inconsistent speed of greens ....overall enjoyed day ... very good

Course is in very good condition......time to get rid of the long rough though
Greens are massive which is not a good thing if your 15 yard putting is poor like mine was!

Course in great condition
fairways, bunkers and greens all in immaculate condition. greens running fast and true. round completed in 3:15... Just wish we had taken longer to savour it. absolutely would play again.(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 87 Handicap: 13.5)

Nice Long Course
South Winchester is a good long course that has fairway bunkers at just the right places to catch those slightly wayward shots. If you hit a long straight drive then you shouldn't have too much trouble.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 93 Handicap: 12.2)

Lovely course
Very pleasant, not too busy for a Sunday, there had been a delay in the start times due to fog but it was quickly sorted out.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 100 Handicap: 21)

Great course to play winter greens fab
Played over the Easter weekend rain rain and more rain yet the course held up brilliantly greens were good,made to fell really welcome did not use the 19th hole as we played late definitely will returnReviewer Rating

County cards
We played this course yesterday which was a Friday. They charge £50 pp, we all had a county cardand they gave us a discount of £6 each. When I question the amount off the pro assistance said that’s more then 10%. Although the course was very nice, we were hindered by mowers on every hole on the
back nine as well as slow play by members in front playing a medal who wouldn’t call us through. It really didn’t justify paying £44 each.
The good points are! Lovely course very testing, omitting the pro assistance’s attitude the other staff in
Bar area were very nice and efficient and would score a ten.
