Men's OPEN Sept 2020
First visit and it's been on my radar for about 4 years and finally entered for 2020. very very friendly club and with Peter Baker being the starter for the day made it even nicer to have visited. fairly slow round and the rough seemed to suck up balls all day. layout is fantastic, greens not at there best very bumpy and some outrageous pin placement. driving is the key and being on your game is a must.Only negative for me is the distance between greens and tee's some are seriously dangerous especially when you have 3 guys with no course knowledge firing just wide to find you've nearly killed the group in front without knowing.
Event was run really well and @ £25 decent value (no food inc) I'll be back and a better score will happen next time you will need a few rounds to get the lines and feel comfy.
great day out and very well hosted.

Great Day out
What a lovley course, nice and tight , but in weather like we had the shady spots under the trees were a welcome place to be for a change, course is in great nick(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 99 Handicap: 11.6)

Greens were very fast and difficult to hold the ball on. Good course and difficult, many par 4's are over 400 yards.

Great Golf Society Day
Really good club and extremely friendly people. The course was a good parkland course and was challenging. Greens were very good, lot's of sand and long par 4s. Would certainly be happy to play there again.Reviewer Rating

great golf course well worth the money
second to none great golf pro first class staf nice layout close to home for me all greens in good condition well trimmed fairways very friendly members(Round played: Jan 2018 - Score: 89 Handicap: 17.2)

Unfortunately due to the overnight frost we were on winter greens and the par 3's were on matts for tees. This aside the course was in great condition especially after the deluge of rain that came down 2 nights earlier. Definitely want to visit again when the course is fully open.Reviewer Rating
