Another high quality Braid course

Excellent course. Superb condition & great challenges & holes. Played long due to heavy overnight rain but greens superb. Highly recommended

A great course fantastic undulating greens and plenty of trees to get around. the featur hole 18th over a lake with a water fountain must be one of the best finishing holes in the land.
A bogey is very good on this hole

Great condition

Despite a long dry spell the course is in excellent condition. Greens are fast and true. Some tricky putts if you are above the hole
Fairways are very good but stay out of the long rough.

The London Old Tablers golf day, organised by LOTS member Alan Venner (a SHGC member) was a complete pleasure. Course in fine conditions; fairways luxurious, greens fast and pins well set. The clubhouse service, menu and facilities were equally splendid. Plus a friendly welcome from shop and bar staff and other members. VG locker-room and lots of hot water.

Great layoit

Good condition in January

Played on 5th January. The course has benefited from lack of rain in the last few weeks.
The greens were very true and consistent. Only taking 27 putts could have influenced my opinion.
No temporary tees or greens which is pretty good for a course on a clay subsoil at this time of year.

Great November Golf

On the outskirts of London South Herts provides an excellent location for a game of golf.
The course is in excellent condition and allowed me to play a very good round of golf on a sunny November morning.
