Nice course. Short on the card but feels longer particularly the back 9. Good variety of holes. Fairways a bit long in places but greens quick and smooth.

Course was in very good condition as always and is a great test of golf. One of my favourites in South Yorkshire. Pro is very friendly and welcoming.

Very Hot Day the course was in great condition on this Sitwells centenary year, the greens were a bit hard and very very quick, but apparently the irrigation system is not working due to a lightning strike, so holding them was an issue.
Difficult back nine with some lengthy par 4's
But a very good course well worth a visit.

A good layout with a good mix of holes,some tough par 4's with a demanding finish.Fast,true greens.Paid £15 on 2 for 1,very good.Hard walking and ready for the 19th.

Really good course not too tricky, never played the course before, we only got lost once!! then a helpful member pointed us in the right direction, all the staff were really friendly, excellent value for money, £16 for a round on a course and facilities of this quality . We will definitely playing again.

Private club so well looked after, but very hilly! Large practice field borders the first two holes and a putting green outside the pro shop.
Has some stunning holes, with probably the best set of par 3 holes in South Yorkshire, all different, all a challenge! highly recommended if you are feeling fit!

Great course with a mixture of difficult forest holes and open parkland. Very interesting course. Good value if you use 241 vouchers

The professional and staff where very polite and and friendly the breakfast was great the course is brilliant the greens are very fast and true the bunkers need some sand in them in fact the bunkers let the course down but if u go and play Sitwell u won’t be disappointedReviewer Rating

Tough course
Played in strong winds and rain so conditions were tough already, but the course itself is also very challenging. A couple of really long par 4 holes, some short risk reward holes too. Fairways were good, the greens were lightning quick and in my opinion didn't run true and were inconsistent. Theres a nice putting area but no other practice areas. The pro shop was well laid out with friendly staff. This is also a very hilly course so beware if carrying as it can really take it out if you. Overall this is a tough course which will be a challenge for any level of player in my opinion.Reviewer Rating
