Some great holes and some forgiving fairways but any slice and your in trouble, railway line down right and Tyne down right!

the course is well looked after and the green are fantastic. there is nothing to complain about nor criticize about the course

Flat course following river Tyne, always in decent condition but arguably the best deals in the north east. Regularly cheap green fees including a pint!

Good course in good condition. tough and quite open so difficult and long when windy. greens in great nick. A tough test!

A beautiful and under rated course. Not the longest but with tree lined fairways and a lot of holes running parallel to the river tyne or railway tracks OOB, a premium is placed on accuracy. Greens are some of the best we've played all year. Very interesting, quite flat, and very friendly. I wish it was closer as it's a joy to play.

although a short course at just 5762 yds. its quite tight with some crossing on a couple of holes and a need for accurate shots. all in all a very fair test.
